Curing system

We have a track record of achievement in light curing, heat curing, two-component curing, primer curing, and various other curing technologies/mass production. We offer new values in the market through the development of products customized according to our customers’ needs, such as product applications and manufacturing processes.

Viscoelasticity control technology

This technology optimizes the physical characteristics forming the basis of materials according to the requirement specifications. Viscoelastic characteristics are controlled from gel (103 Pa) to hard (109 Pa) to be compatible with shock-resistant, creep-resistant, distortion relieving, damping, scratch-proofing, and heat-resistant fixing etc.

High airtightness technology

This technology minimizes voids formed by the steric hindrance of molecules and achieves a high degree of airtightness. The entry of adversely affecting substances and outflow of useful components can be prevented. It can be used for a wide range of applications, from high strength to flexibility.

Optical functionalization technology

This technology controls the refraction and absorption of light by selecting optimum molecular structures. Diverse optical functions can be added, including a refractive index, Abbe’s number, birefringence, wavelength cutting, light shielding (OD), matte, reflection, and scattering.

High level of reliability

Adhesion technology

This technology allows the adhesion of “diverse materials” and “different types of materials” by combining chemical forces (chemical bond and intermolecular force) and physical forces acting on the surfaces of the materials. We offer a high level of reliability through the combined use of conventional methods with our unique adhesive force evaluation method.

CIPG (UV curable liquid gasket)

A liquid UV-curable gasket that replaces standard gaskets (molded rubber products, foam products). Direct application to components ⇒ UV curing is possible, so it can be used as a highly sealing material.

Achieving selective coating to reduce overflow. Higher shape retention properties without curing after application. By UV curing,it is possible to adapt to various parts because physical property variations of low elasticity to high elasticity can realized.
