In February 1957, Kyoritsu Chemical & Co., Ltd. was founded.
In November 1964, the Osaka Sales Office was established.
In April 1967, the Nagoya Sales Office was established.
In October 1980, a laboratory was established in Kisarazu, Chiba.
In January 1988, a plant was established in Kisarazu.
In March, 2004, the headquarters office was relocated from Kanda to Marunouchi.
In July 2004, the Second Plant was established as an annex in Kisarazu.
In January 2006, the R&D Center was established in Kisarazu.
In January 2007, a new plant (First Plant) was established in Kisarazu.
In November 2008, the headquarters office was relocated from Marunouchi to Uchisaiwai-cho.
In November 2010, a local affiliated company Kyoritsu Chemical Shanghai Co.,Ltd.” was established in Shanghai, China.
In November 2011, a liaison office was established in South Korea.
