We make a selection and combination from among diverse raw materials to meet our customers’ requirements and overcome trade-offs.
As regards issues that are difficult to solve with existing materials, we synthesize raw materials on our own.
Kneading (production)
We provide products with higher preservation stability and those which comply with environmental standards through the removal of impurities, not just by mixing raw materials, but also by making excellent use of production technologies, such as kneading, dispersion, and distillation.
We develop new physical properties by mixing materials that are not easily soluble.
＜Case of technology application＞ UV curing type light-shielding thick resin film
・The contradictory characteristics of “light curing” and “light shielding (not letting light pass through) have been made possible in one resin.
・Conventionally, heat curing would be the mainstream method, but the adoption of light curing makes short-time and low-energy curing possible.
